By submitting information through investorgateway.com.au, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

By submitting an assessment or enquiry, you expressly consent to PROPERTY INVESTOR GATEWAY PTY LTD sharing your information with selected third-party property investment planning firms who may contact you by phone, SMS or email regarding your enquiry.

Blueprint collection and provider contact

When you submit a Blueprint, you agree that Investor Gateway may provide your name, email, verified mobile, property position, selected goals and timeframe to one selected Australian property investment education and planning provider. The provider may contact you by phone, SMS or email during the 90 days after submission about property education and planning services relevant to your answers. This does not authorise mortgage, credit, financial, tax or legal services or ongoing marketing. No lead will be transferred during Test 2. Investor Gateway may be paid if an introduction is later made. You may withdraw at any time by emailing support@investorgateway.com.au.

Meta conversion measurement (Test 2)

After a verified Blueprint lead is created, and if you separately confirm “Discuss my Blueprint”, we may send Meta a limited server-side event to measure and optimise our Test 2 advertising. To match the event with a Meta account, we standardise your email address and cryptographically hash it using SHA-256 before transmission. If testing shows that email alone is not sufficient for usable matching, we may also standardise and SHA-256 hash your verified mobile number. Meta receives the hash value or values, not your raw email address or mobile number, through this connection. Hashing reduces exposure but does not make the matching information anonymous. The event is otherwise limited to the event name, event time, a random event ID, “website” as the action source and the query-free Blueprint page URL. We do not send Meta your name, assessment answers, financial or property details, goals, score, Blueprint content, OTP, IP address, browser or click identifiers, secure result link, or internal lead/result identifiers. Meta may process this information outside Australia under its terms. You may ask us not to use your personal information to facilitate direct marketing by emailing support@investorgateway.com.au.

If you arrive from a Meta ad and complete all Blueprint assessment questions, we may send Meta an AssessmentCompleted server-side event to measure and optimise our Test 2 advertising. The event may include the Meta click identifier supplied in the landing-page address so Meta can attribute the completion to that ad interaction. We do not create or send a Meta browser ID, browser cookie, IP address, user agent, contact detail, assessment answer or value, goal, property, financial or household information, Blueprint data, OTP, secure link or provider information for this event. If no valid Meta click identifier is available, we do not send the event to Meta. The event is otherwise limited to its name, completion time, a random event ID, “website” as the action source and the query-free Blueprint page URL. Meta may process this information outside Australia under its terms. You may ask us not to use your personal information to facilitate direct marketing by emailing support@investorgateway.com.au.

Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics

If you choose “Accept analytics”, Investor Gateway may use Microsoft Clarity on the public homepage, Blueprint entry page, How it works page and About page to understand page interaction and improve the site. Clarity may provide heatmaps and session interaction analytics. Clarity is off by default, does not load if you ignore or decline the choice, and can be withdrawn through Privacy choices. We exclude secure Blueprint result pages, tokenised URLs, contact details, form submission, mobile verification, OTP, Blueprint generation and result states, provider/contact information, assessment answer values, financial/property ranges, scores, bands, secure links and custom analytics payloads containing assessment or financial information. Microsoft may process Clarity data under its own terms and infrastructure outside Australia.
